Homeowners Association

We're the South Chase Parcel 6 Homeowners Association, a volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners like you. We are here to fight and protect our community from excessive growth, inappropriate development, traffic gridlock and environmental threats.

South Chase Parcel 6 Homeowners Association meets regularly to collaborate, strategize and implement a wide menu of human services at the Orange County Library.  Our focus is the Plantation, Wellington and the Isles Neighborhoods and the community at large.  Our mission is to foster the success of youth, adults and families. To accomplish our mission, we must work together...Your contributions will make it happen!

• Support a unified and respected organization with clout at City Hall
• Heighten the quality of the services we provide and thus your quality of life in Parcel 6
• Volunteers are always needed, please email us if you are interested in Volunteering.
